The work was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner and any queries were dealt with quickly. Work completed in line with estimate and on time.

We needed a tiler to fit metro tiles under our kitchen cabinets and around the sink area. D Scott and Sons Ltd seemed to fit the bill. A family run business with about 50 years experience. The reviews were very good, and they did not have far to travel. Joss was punctual, very pleasant and kept us informed with progress and advice, when needed. He is a perfectionist, everything had to be ‘just so’. He achieved an excellent job, with a high end finish. We recommend D. Scott &Sons Ltd without any hesitation.

From 1st contact to completion we could not have been happier with Matt and Russ, the attention to detail was excellent from the removal of old floor tiles through to what can only be described as a top class finish. We were asked about small changes that enhanced the finish, they left the house in a clean usable condition overnight with minimal disruption to daily life, so we would happily recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the workmanship, bathroom has been transformed. Matt was very punctual and completed the work to schedule. The grout he used compliments the tiles and was finished off well with a brushed silver trim. A very professional job completed.

Matt has done two separate tiling jobs, a utility and shower room and then a large boot room. Matt’s work was excellent quality.

D Scott and Sons Tiling were excellent. Everything was dealt with professionally and smoothly from start to finish. The workforce were extremely pleasant and before finishing up they ensured that I was completely happy with the work.

Our tiler Joss did an excellent job of tiling using marble tiles which had to be cut with a diamond wet cutter. Some were laid in herringbone pattern and a lot of cut edges had to be polished. He always discussed the project with me when decisions had to be made to ensure that I got the finished look that I wanted. Joss and his team worked well, they were polite and friendly, clean and tidy and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

I am always apprehensive about employing a new tradesperson, I’ve had several problems in the past, however, I need not have worried. From the moment Matt stepped into my home to give me a quote, I knew he was a true professional. I very rarely recommend “trades” as it can sometimes go so wrong but in all honesty, Matt was polite, very tidy, excellent worker and I could not fault a thing and believe me, you will not have any worries about the quality of Matt’s workmanship! I have no concerns whatsoever about recommending Matt for all of your tiling requirements.

I’ve used Matt and his crew over several years and projects and have found his work flawless, on budget and on time, somewhat of a rarity among trades. His zen-like calm, his can-do attitude and perfect finished product make him a must-use if you have anybody type of tiling for your next project, whether it’s a simple shower enclosure or, like us, used him in a complete house renovation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt on two new house projects that involved tiling multiple bathrooms, floors, and walls. Over the years Matt did all our tilling. From log burner surrounding, splashbacks and most recently new shower enclosure. Wouldn’t choose anyone else.
